Billy is a licensed attorney and professional investigator in the state of Michigan, skilled in facilitation, mediation, negotiations, and investigations. With a background in criminal justice, he has served as: 

• Criminal Justice Training Director for Grand Valley State University (GVSU)

• Police Academy Director for GVSU 

• Senior Adjunct Professor for GVSU 

• Assistant Federal Security Director for Transportation Security Administration, DHS
